Welcome to a Christmas table experience that is about more than what's on your plate. At Såpas, we invite you into warm, atmospheric surroundings where you can relax, enjoy good food and let the conversations flow freely. Here, there is room for both laughter and tradition, with a menu that combines well-known Christmas favorites with modern touches.

Whether you are a small group wanting to mark the end of the year, colleagues wanting a social evening without stress, or a larger group wanting to gather everyone for a joint celebration – we will adapt the evening to your wishes.

Our goal is for our Christmas party to feel genuine, informal and enjoyable – an evening that makes an impression, and perhaps becomes the start of a new tradition.

- **CHRISTMAS PLATE** — 585 kr
  Pork chops, pork ribs, cabbage rolls, 
   amadine potatoes, red cabbage, pork fat and Christmas sauce. Christmas plate refill: 225,- per person

- **PINNEKJØTT** — 585 kr
  Served with mashed kohlrabi, 
  amandine potatoes and pork grease. Refill pinnekjøtt: 225,- per person

- **NUTS ROAST** — 445 kr
  Served with amadine potatoes, baked 
   vegetables and creamy mushroom sauce.
  Allergener: nuts, celery
- **CARAMEL BASKET WITH RICE CREAM** — 165 kr
  Berry sauce and caramelized almonds.
  Allergener: wheat, almonds, milk

#### Christmas menu 3-course (875,- per person)

- **TOAST SKAGEN**
  Skagen stir-fry served on brioche toast. Shrimp, crayfish tails, dill, mayonnaise and red onion.
  Allergener: egg, wheat, milk, shellfish
- **CHRISTMAS PLATE**
  Pork knuckle, pork ribs, mashed kohlrabi, boiled potatoes, red cabbage, pork grease and Christmas sauce.
